Auto Butler First reapplication of the protector on hood. Vehicle was cleaned inside and outside and practically sparkled when I drove away. Was done while I waited (waiting room is fantastic with food, drink, TV’s, an attendant) and went quickly. Very good experience.
Great and Consistent Service My driver’s side headlights stopped working last week. Fortunately, I was able to replace my headlights without scheduling an appointment. The lobby is quite accommodating, providing coffee, donuts, drinks, fruit, ice cream bars, and other snacks.
PM ON MY CRV Things were done in a timely fashion and well organized. When additional work was indicated Zack provided me with an estimated time and the unscheduled work was completed. Well Done.
Chris Bank ROCKS!!!!! I can't recommend a better dealership!!!! I am very happy with Chris Banks and John Hinderer Honda! Everyone there is great and attentive without being overbearing like you see in some dealerships. Pre travel check Friendly. Comfortable waiting lounge. Jason kept me informed of progress. Car was cleaned. Fluids topped off. Tires rotated and an alignment was recommended which I agreed to have done.
Ford explorer kayla and jacob Our salesman chris banks was a really nice guy and cared more about how we felt than just selling a car like our expereices with other dealers. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and offered us drinks and snacks while we waited. I spoke with gracie on the phone before coming in and whe was also very helpful and helped me get the answers I needed about the car buying process. I would recommend JHH to anyone.

Best buying experience ever We have bought several cars from other area dealerships, and this experience was by far the best. Everyone we worked with (Jason and Miguel), was great; and appreciated the time that was taken with us to explain the car and it's functions after we bought it.
