Best buying experience ever We have bought several cars from other area dealerships, and this experience was by far the best. Everyone we worked with (Jason and Miguel), was great; and appreciated the time that was taken with us to explain the car and it's functions after we bought it. We didn't feel pressured and appreciate the extras that come from buying a car from John Hinderer Honda; as well as the stellar reputation that a Honda made vehicle brings.
Great Service!! I took my car in for an oil leak, Thomas Judd diagnosed and repaired the leak and John Phillips, the advisor, made sure it was covered under my extended warranty. The service department is great!! Thanks guys for taking such good care of if my vehicle.
Had to come back after service on 2/22 due to oil leaking. Once returning I was told that it was a cracked valve when putting oil back in. It was replaced and a new oil change was done.
Warranty work on my Honda CRV-EXL. This was a recall on sof Great customer service in the Service Department and the waiting area is above and beyond. Very clean waiting area and restrooms. Also coffee and snacks available..
Helped me get the vehicle i want This was the only dealership that had a reasonably priced Ford Raptor around. Being as i was 4 hours away i dont feel like they took my intrest in the truck seriously. But after getting in contact with Melissa, she was very helpful in helping me get into my new truck. Quick and Friendly My salesman and his trainee were both very professional and friendly. I had a car in mind when I went in and they did not try to sway me towards something more expensive. They close at 5 and were willing to stay almost 2 hours after that for me to be able to purchase my vehicle. I greatly appreciated how friendly everyone was and will absolutely be back if I decide to purchase something else in the future.
Oil change Speedy turnaround time. Great professional service. Even threw in a car wash. Could not recommend any more!! I’ll be taking our van there for the future oil changes.
Friendly and Courteous and Helpful Everyone was helpful and courteous even when I was concerned I would have a long wait. They got everything done in a fairly short time.
Vehicle recall. Completely satisfied. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Service Advisor was friendly and courteous. Although my appointment was for the next morning, the manufacturer recall was performed the evening I dropped off the vehicle. Excellent service!
