Purchase of a used Pilot Had been to another Honda dealership and wasn’t impressed. My son recommended John Hinderer as he has bought several vehicles there previously. We were impressed by the professionalism and how easy with no pressure it was to buy our Pilot! Also, very happy with the extra warranty that came at no additional cost!
First Class experience TJ was very friendly and easy to work with. He listened to what we were interested in and customized the list of used vehicles that we looked at. In fact, the first car he showed us was so perfect, we bought it! He even stayed past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. We appreciate his attention to detail and keeping us within our price point!
Great customer service, no pressure. Kristen & Matt were both great to work with as were the geniuses. I'm a 70 year old dinosaur but they were both very patient and kind in explaining all the options to me several times. I hadn;t planned on buying a vehicle until Sept, but their enthusiasm spilled over on me and I decided to buy one now. That said, I didn't feel that they were putting pressure on me to buy. Fast and courteous! Took my Pilot in for its first since I purchased it. Estimated 90 minutes for service and they were done slightly before! Even washed my car.
Purchase experience very good All sales representatives were very helpful and professional. Concerns about the new vehicle were addressed quickly and acceptably. Vehicles that were not suitable were pointed out appropriately.
