Always great service! I always choose to have my vehicles serviced at John Hinderer Honda because of the Service department staff! Jason Culver always gets my car in and out in great time and answers all of my questions in an easy to understand fashion! This last visit, with the inclement weather, Joe Bertke was super helpful making sure to check on my vehicle while I waited so I could get back on the road safely!
No wait to replace battery on coldest night of the year Car was slow to start after work. It never hesitates, so I brought it in to check the battery. Sure enough it was bad, but they prorated the charges on the new battery since it was still under warranty.
Awesome Service Took my Ridgeline in for the Auto Butler application. Was completed in half the time promised and looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor

Hinderer is the BEST. I had several items to be taken care of. They were all completed in the time Connor gave me and I was happily on my way. Connor went over my results and was super nice and friendly. A great day for my CRV.
Oil change, interior and exterior protection Jarod was extremely nice and helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained things well. The wait was long but it my car looked great inside and out. The also have beverages and snacks available while you wait.
Nice people, very helpful, very nice facility. I felt that the dealership was a very friendly place with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I also looked at a used(GMC) vehicle and the salesman was also knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was always offering help and assistance.
