I called John Ray on July 3, 10:am, in regard to an oil leak from the fuel filter housing on my basement fuel tank. Vinnie, Tech #93, for John Ray and Sons, contacted me immediately and while in transit to an AC call he walked me through the steps necessary to temporarily cut down on the leaking fuel oil. We set up an early morning service call for July 4 and Vinnie arrived on time and fixed the problem. Vinnie has the knowledge, and ability to do great HVAC work and he really knows how to work with his customers.
Vinny Tech #93 and Cason Tech #97 both did an outstanding job!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable! They both also bent over backwards to get the job done based on my time constraints. 10 out of 10 keep these two at all cost!

I had Vinny - Tech #93 come to fix my AC unit. He was great. Very knowledgeable and had me going right away. Also very friendly. You guys are lucky to have a young man like that.

Had my boiler serviced be Cason today And he did a n excellent job, a lot of attention to detail and boiler has never run as good as it so is now I will be requesting Cason whenever I have service done or ant work on my boiler Thanks cason

We had Cason come out to repair our AC and he got it done quickly and was very knowledgeable. He was also very informative and let me know to be on the look out for certain things to diagnose when it comes to the system. We are first time home owners and are new to all the problems that come with that and spent time explaining the system along with some tips to keep it running well. Thanks man!

Cason-- Tech97 did a great job fine tuning my furnace today--also noticing that I did not have a Carbon Monoxide Detector in my house. Glad he did. I appreciate his timeliness, his professionalism and his enthusiasm for the work he does. Highly recommend Cason/John Ray.
