Cason-- Tech97 did a great job fine tuning my furnace today--also noticing that I did not have a Carbon Monoxide Detector in my house. Glad he did. I appreciate his timeliness, his professionalism and his enthusiasm for the work he does. Highly recommend Cason/John Ray.

Had a cold boiler this morning and Tech #97 Cason was sent to my house. After a thorough inspection he determined that it was a faulty flame sensor. He cleaned it well and quickly ordered a new part to be installed in a day or two. Well done Cason!

Furnace stopped working overnight, made a service call and received an excellent response time. Cason (Tech #97) arrived and gave awesome costumer service. Very knowledgeable, professional, and got the furnace back up and running very efficiently. Would highly recommend John Ray and Sons for any heating and cooling needs, especially after dealing with a great tech like Cason.

Heating system starting making loud noises in the middle of the night and who doesn’t need their beauty sleep? Contacted John Ray and CJ sent out someone the same day. Their tech Cason did a thorough walkthrough of system. He was honest, direct and took the time to troubleshoot a maze of pipping. CJ overnighted the parts and Cason was back out with in 2 days to get the problem resolved. He took his time to walk me through everything step by step and I was elated to finally get to sleep again. Kyle was a total pro. I have dual fuel oil/woodstove. He's young, I didn't se the years of experience i thought I would need to get this fixed.. I said to myself no way will he know to fix it. He shocked the hell out of me. He diagnosed it, figured it out and our heat was running again within the hour. He was friendly but most of knowledgeable. My furnace stopped working g on Sunday and tech cameout Monday (Kyle). He diagnosed the problem and needed to order a mother board. He returned Thursday and was fast at work when I got home. Kyle is professional, a good technican, and worked hard to get my furnace up and running.

New home owner here with a bad string of luck as of late. Thanks to Marlon (tech # 86) that streak has ended! He was personable, kind, VERY helpful(cannot stress that enough) and was able to explain my propane heating situation to me on a level that made sense (much appreciated). This was my first interaction with John Ray and son’s service and I will say if Marlon is the standard for techs/employees then you all have a new long time customer with me, my wife and our new house.
