I just had a delivery today (2/18/25). I wanted to share that the driver (who I was told was Billy B.) was so very nice and appreciated me coming outside to thank him for our delivery and more importantly willing to tackle the icy driveway and ice covered snow. You have very good employees - this also includes the girls in the office!! Always very helpful.

My son has John Ray for fuel oil and servicing his furnace. When he is working, I go to his house. My experience with the office was professional and personable handling my request in a timely manner. My experience with Vinny the service tech was knowledgeable, professional and personable.
