failed to follow up on missed installation because of snow. failed to call when message left for replacement furnace. doing great job on the auto deliveries.

Kyle S. from John Ray & sons worked on our furnace when it died one night. He came at 2:00am to help get it going again! Then returned and figured out the problem. The board was shorting out. Fixed all of our problems. Fantastic work.
