I had to have a propane tank installed at this new home I just moved into and Tim Barnett tech #89 and Richie Jones tech # 98 were so nice and installed the tank quickly..went over all the information on the dangers of propane and anything else I needed to know as I am not familiar with using propane. I am going to be having them service my furnace as well!

Terrible company to do business with not what they used to be before corporate bought them out. Introductionary prices lure people in until it gets cold. They must have a terrible fleet of trucks because breakdowns is always the excuseof why you don’t get your delivery and you’re stuck with no heat.

Avoid this company. I was an employee there for 10 years and saw the price of every single delivery. New customers getting suckered in with a low introductionary price. They don’t have the manpower for the customers they have. Hope and pray you get your delivery. Their fleet of trucks is complete junk with constant breakdowns. That’s the excuse you will get when you don’t get your delivery.Tons of people going without fuel when they need it the most . They don’t care about their customers. All they care about is getting your... read more

They are crooks. Their price on propane is over a dollar a gallon more then most companies. I told them to put a stop fill on my tank and a month later they put $480 of fuel in the tank at a price of 4.89 a gal. I told them to stop prior because of the prices , I switched to a local company that is $3.45 a gal. Now John Ray wants 300 dollars for a pick up fee of their tank. Nothing in the contract said this. This is a horrible company. $300. Is crazy for a pick up charge

Do yourself a favor and never do business with these con artists! We had been loyal PAYING customers of theirs for 27 years! We started with them back when they were a small locally owned company and now they are a huge corporation they could care less about their customers! We were supposed to be on a monthly budget plan with them and at the end they hit us with an additional $1500 bill! Apparently they charged us $6 a gallon without us knowing they filled our tank even though we were over our budget plan with out our conse... read more

Why is it that I pay so much more per gallon than others. Because I use less propane ? When the delivery truck comes at the same time to my neighbors at half the price. So if I drove a hybrid car why wouldn’t I have to pay twice as much for gas? If you ask me this is price gouging.

Ripped off on price per gallon, nothing done to make it right. Charging over 1.20 more per gallon than other local companies.
