I have used Tri-Cities Nissan since 2005 to purchase my family vehicles. I also have my servies there. My extended family has also purchased 3 vehicles and again do their services there. I have to be honest when the dealership changed ownership i had concerns. However when i knew Margo stayed on as Johnson City Nissan became the new owners, i felt so much more confidant keeping my Rogue service with Johnson City Nissan.

The oil change was good, but they wouldn't address an issue that I pointed out and explained to them

pushing service I do not want or need
Horrible sales staff. Tried to strong arm me into a truck I didn't want. Monthly payment would have been $700 with a cosigner, for a 24 Frontier. Went back on their website, plugged all my numbers in and the monthly was only $430. I get people need to get paid, but I'm not stupid. Truck is still sitting on their lot. They told me it would be gone in the next few day. It's been a month since this happened.
They rotated my tires but one was really low and nobody said anything. So what else did they not do ?

Paid for an all-around vehicle check up for them to ask me to pay another thousand dollars for the 30,000 mile vehicle check up which I thought I already paid for but they were trying to get me to pay for again
