The Johnson City Nissan service is good. Explanations of future service to be done isn't always easy to understand. The staff seems knowledgeable and all are very respectful and friendly.

They are always friendly and don't try to pressure you into getting any repairs you aren't interested in getting.

I bought my car a year an a half ago. I take it to get a full service done and asked if they could check on 2 minor issues an they said yeh it will be 200 bucks tho....um no thank you an thats kinda messed up considering I havent had the car that long and YOU GUYS were the ones who sold it to me lol. No I'm not paying 200 just for someone to look at it and not fix it
