I reported: Please make sure the Transmission has fluid. There was a leak in my driveway. They ordered a gasket/filter kit, and sent me on my way. They would notify me when the kit arrives. When I returned, They informed me I needed a NEW TRANSMISSION. The old unit was completely empty. They gave me a loaner car to drive, until the new unit arrives. I have been in a LOANER car for nearly a month. The Transmission can not be found in any warehouse. I called NISSAN corporate, and asked for a "Lemon Law" application. Car hesita... read more

I have been waiting since I had my service done for someone to call and set up time to have my axle seal replaced and my recall done. Couldn't do it that day. I have left messages and was told someone would contact me. Also I got a letter stating that I refused service when I didn't. In fact they never discussed that service with me.

The lady who schedules service and gives out loaner cars is extremely rude. The first time I let it go but when I had an electrical issue with my new Titan and took it in for repair it happened again. I told them to bring my truck back out and I left. This was my 3rd Nissan purchased there but it's my last. I'll be using the dealership in Asheville or Kingsport going forward. They should really give this girl some customer service training!

I took it in to check on a recall. Found that I indeed did need the repair. They wanted to do the repair that day but it was going to take 3 hours and I hadn't made plans for that. I took it back for the appointment a week later, had the shuttle take me back home and then heard five hours later that they didn't have the part. Picked up the car and was told they would contact me once the part was received. It's been weeks with no contact. Still need the repair.

Service took close to 5 hours for 4 tires to be replaced. Service stated it was customers fault because she left her car and was not waiting for it in the waiting lounge. Management was rude to customer and continually stated that customer caused this herself due to leaving car for repairs rather than waiting for service in house. Will not ever go to Johnson City Nissan or buy another Nissan product again. Service after the sale is not their priority.

I would stay away from this place if all possible. Not professional at all and they might get your work done if they have time.

Did not perform all services that were requested and wait was long. Service Advisor was not knowledgeable. It was so bad that the experienced service advisor told him to not charge me for visit. The service history forms that were completed had conflicting information regarding tire and brake. Seemed I lost tire tread and gained brake pad depth during the visit.
