Ask them to check battery cables, because of corrosion. They said they did battery check, corrosion not removed. Young man who signed us in took vehicle back and cleaned as best he could. Said they charge for that. $3000 service contract and I have to pay to have battery cables cleaned. BS Rest of service I have to trust they did.
