Took almost 2hrs. for an oil change, no water bottles or snacks in waiting room. This dealership was much better when it was Tri-Cities Nissan.

Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. First they are reporting a service I was never there. Their warranty admin doesnt know what they are doing or purposely was trying to charge me for services covered under warranty, either way a terrible experience.

All I needed was a battery cable adjusted and even with an appointment, noticed my car in the parking lot an hour after they moved it. I'll never go back to Nissan of Johnson City.

If I could leave zero stars that would better describe my experience with this place. In 2020 went to get a new rogue was told due to the amount owed on my Kia was to much so I was sold a 2017 Lincoln Mkc because a brand new Nissan couldnt hold value like a Lincoln. We bought the service advantage. Please dont waste your time unless you want to spend 4+ hrs waiting for service. Made an appointment with Caleb to take my car in for door lock repair and oil change. When I went to pay, they had forgotten to do the oil change, so I went back to the waiting area. I was there a total of 3 hours. I was shocked that an oil change and tire rotation cost $89. When I paid, he informed me I needed new front brakes and possibly rotors if I needed them. Long drawn out. I've had my car since April 21 or 22,2022 and having problems ALREADY!!!! 1ST IT WAS THE BATTERY - Dead battery after 2 days, yes 2 days.. Repaired. Now, this is not over..... A/C went out.No Air. Still is not repaired. Waiting on part, equipment broken on last Friday. So Still not repaired. It's the holiday. We will see this week. I am furious!!!!! I've only had the car since April,2022 people. This car WAS NOT CHECKED OUT prior to the sale. This is a nightmares!!!!!!!

Johnson City Nissan was unable to provide me service to my truck (Service Required notification) Advised me to go to the Ford dealership instead, and now my truck isnt under warranty after having to drive home because Ford didnt have an opening. I also requested Johnson City Nissan provide me with a front license plate bracket that didnt need to be drilled in because I live in a state that requires a front license plate unlike Tennessee. I did not receive the bracket. They did change my oil and rotate my tires.
