Bought a new 2025 kicks sr at mile 18 started getting warning lights on the dashboard and infotainment screen. Explained my issues to the service manager berry and was accused of using Google. Used a coupon that the dealership sent me for an oil change, however, when I went to pay for the service the woman at the register wanted to charge me extra for "shop supplies". Then when I called her out on it, she was very short with me and said that its just understood that you pay more for those items. Finally the price was adjusted but not before a cold attitude. Not good customer service from a dealership.

I didn't like your service because I had a flat tire and I took it to get it plugged where I had the flat at. They said they could not plug it because of the way the Nissan dealership plugged it the first time so that costing me $400 and I assure you I did not buy my tire from you all. I would never buy anything else there.

They did not top of power steering, coolant, and windshield wiper fluids. They indicated they were all good but when checked at home all three fluids were low.

They tried to get me to pay for changing a tire psi sensor when they figured out it was under warranty they said it was just a low tire to begin with. Poor business if you ask me. If I would have payed for it it most likely wouldn't have been changed but I would have been charged for it
