When entering the service dept the man at the desk was rude. I came in because the psi in one of my tires was showing low. Man at the desk told me I had a huge nail in the tire at a place it couldn't be repaired and I would have to purchase a tire. I told him I had the warranty on the tires that I had purchased extra with the car stating if it couldn't be repaired they would replace the tire. He proceeded to tell me I didn't. They had my car done but I went out to walk around and seen it . Then I asked if it was done and he didn't know, so after checking it had been done and just sitting there. When I was checked out he then handed me the wrong keys, and I handed them back and went to my car the keys were sitting on the dash.

first part came in broken, said replacement would arrive 2 days waited a week and called back and the part was there. they did get me the same day

The regular maintenance was fine. However, I had to get the windshield replaced (rock hit it in July) I scheduled an appointment and drove the 1.5 hours to the shop. I waited 2 hours to be told that the new one came in cracked. Sara told me that she had ordered another but that they were on backorder. She assured me that she would call me when it came in. Why didn't she make sure the new one was okay before wasting my time and gas?? On the way home I had to pull over to close the hood. Then I waited a month and never got a c... read more

Worst dealer ever... Service is beyond slow even with a scheduled appointment and they won't cover anything under their warranty.. possibly the worst brand of vehicle to buy and definitely the worst service department..
