Jon and his team just helped me with a refinance. I was a little hesitant at first and initially put it off and Jon was completely understanding. He followed up with me as interest rates became more attractive and took a lot of time to explain the process. My wife and I finally decided to refinance and it was extremely easy. Jon and team helped every step of the way and were extremely responsive whenever we had a question. I highly recommend this team for your mortgage/refinance needs!

We underestimated the challenges of getting a jumbo mortgage post the GFC. We fired another mortgage lender because they were disorganized, asked for things multiple times, didn't take the time to learn our position, etc. Jon Yellon was the opposite...he communicated with us throughout the process, was very responsive and knowledgeable and got the job done. We're really thankful to have had him. I highly recommend using Jon and the Loan Depot.

Working with Jonanthan Yellon was so great. He is the fastest person ever to respond to emails and phone calls. He was so incredibly helpful. Getting a mortgage can be so overwhelming but he really made it actually easy. Every step of the way was mapped out and he so clearly explained exactly what was needed.
