i've had numerous mortgages and NONE have been easier to manage than those I work with Jon ....never gain would i use another rep/company. LD and Jonny make the process so much easier.

Jonathan was extremely helpful in getting an FHA loan done for a first-time home purchase (Multi-family property) in New Rochelle. This is not an easy task by any means, and he was able to navigate through the process in a professional manner. I'm not sure it could have been done with someone who had less experience or expertise. Very appreciative and highly recommended.

Jon was excellent to work with. He got us a mortgage commitment right away and then when we had problems with the oil tank (Seller's responsibility), it took much longer and he was able to keep our commitment from expiring. And he called us about a refinance when the rates dropped and we had some equity in the home. Now we have a lower rate and no PMI. He's great- communicative and great follow through.
