I cannot say enough about Jon throughout this whole process. I had a pre-approval through another lender and ran into Jon. He beat my rate by a significant margin so I started the whole process over with loan depot. Jon got a VA loan approved and funded in under 38 days. The VA being a government organization has ridiculous requirements so for Jon and his team to get this done that quickly is truly an amazing feat. I can't say enough positive things about Jon Yellon and his team at loanDepot. He was recommended to us by our real estate broker. Our process was quite extended because we bought a new home based on plans. Jon was patient and answered many questions of mine, especially when I was nervous about rising interest rates and the impact on our loan. His team is very good and worked very quickly and efficiently to close and loan in time. My first lender changed the products in last minute and I reached Jon he handled everything greatly and closed my loan process with in 20 days.

I'm in RE investment, Jon is my go to guy for any mortgage related matters. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive. If you don't have a lot of time and want to purchase a property with mortgage, but less the pain and hassle - Jon is your guy.
