Coming from a balloon loan to our first fixed mortgage, my wife and I had a LOT of questions and very little knowledge of what this process is all about. Jordan and his staff always were willing to explain things, sometimes repeatedly, and answer our many questions. Having looked into several other avenues to proceed with our loan, I know this is not always the case. I would recommend him as a great communicator and a tireless worker.

Jordan and Tami –You guys have been great! It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year in the making. I feel fortunate to have found people who have a heart and are willing to step outside the boundaries to help me. When the VA gave up on us (which is another story)you stayed with us to try to help and you don’t know how much that means to us. Jordon was very personable, thoughtful (was interested in and tried to meet my needs) knowledgeable, and thorough. I could depend on him to follow through on his promises. Jordan was very thorough and easy to do business with. He was very understanding and available to answer the MANY questions that we had. He made sure that there were resources in place if he was not immediately available to answer questions and before coming to him we were very discouraged in attempting to purchase our home.
