I have used Jordan and his team twice in the past 2 years. First for the purchase of my new construction home and then for a refi. His team is professional and very attentive to work with. They did not miss a beat. Anytime I called with questions they either answered right away or called back by the end of the day. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of our new home happened. He even meet with us on an real estate issue that had nothing to do with our loan. That alone assured us that he was wiling to do what it took to ensure we we happen. To the tune of us going from paying thousands of dollars in closing cost to receiving thousands back during our purchase. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a loan officer that cares.
Jordan and his team have been excellent so far. I'm near the end, settling in 2 weeks. They call or email me any time I have a question. We are moving @ 1,000 miles and its difficult to coordinate everything but they have helped to make the process less stressful. Thanks for everything.

Patient and knowledgeable. Walked me through the rates and eased some of my concerns. The only complaint would be that they should have it setup up so I could electronically sign all the closing documents with the title company. Had dozens of signatures to add at closing, which was a pain (literally).
