Jordon was very personable, thoughtful (was interested in and tried to meet my needs) knowledgeable, and thorough. I could depend on him to follow through on his promises. I could call him anytime I had questions or concerns. If I have to, I will use Jordan Vreeland again. And, of course I highly recommend him to others.
Jordan stuck with the process through thick and thin. He was available and willing to explain what was going on and even went to the executives in his company on my behalf. I'm a happy home owner, thanks to Jordan.
Jordan was very thorough and easy to do business with. He was very understanding and available to answer the MANY questions that we had. He made sure that there were resources in place if he was not immediately available to answer questions and before coming to him we were very discouraged in attempting to purchase our home. I highly recommend Jordan Vreeland.
Jordan always responded immediately and was aggressive in ge3tting my loan to closure. He was honest and helpful. I would recommend you consider usin Jordon in securing a home mortgage.
Very discouraging, tried to make me to look for more expensive properties, didn't offer any options to me except of paying cash. He should not advise anything to anybody. Now I don't want to deal with zillow because of him.

utter pest and bait and switch scam artist. told me to disregard the realtor zillow recommended and told me to not show up for the realtor appointment zillow made, and instead said I should use his own realtor he connected me to.

Sent my personal information then they said broker left the company and no one followed up with me at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT AND COMPANY! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

Constant changes in amounts, did not give all the information up front and brought up hidden costs after going under contract. Rate lock fee for 15 days $10,000! This may not be set by lender however I was not told about rate lock until after I committed to buying the property. Just poor communication of the fees and costs.

RUN, don't walk from this company. Didn't close on time. "14 Days to Close" is just a marketing term. Couldn't close mine in 20 days. Worst lender I've ever worked with. Worst communication from a lender I've ever experienced. Didn't answer or respond to over 40 calls, emails, or texts over the course of the week leading up to closing. Crickets from them.
