From the start--Joe was easy to work with and organized. We were in a multiple bid situation and Joe actually called the seller's agent to let them know he would ensure we made it to closing if they took our offer. It worked! We ended up having a hiccup with a separate financial transaction during this process and Joe was able to quickly adjust and keep us on track for closing without a problem. Joe and his team made the home buying process easy and stress free. He took time to make sure we were comfortable and understood every step in the process. The communication and his response time we received from him and everyone on his team was exceptional. Joe was so helpful in my initial mortgage and showing me all the loan options available, and broke everything down in expectation of costs. I called Joe about a possible refinance about a year into my new home due to rates dropping. Joe was honest and upfront about waiting because in my specific area at the time it would not be beneficial but to wait a few months into the upcoming year. I recently worked with Joe on a loan for an investment property. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I really benefited from his own personal investment experience and his loan knowledge. He made sure the entire processes was very smooth and even checked in every week to let me know the status and if there was anything I needed to be doing. I plan to work with Joe on many loans going forward!

Joe from the outset was extremely organized, thorough and available to answer questions at a moment's notice. He was able to make the entire process of buying a new home as easy as possible by guiding us through each step with very clear instructions and helpful videos. The entire team @ Castle & Cooke where helpful, courteous and patient. They took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the process and explained everything in detail. Joe made weekly follow up calls, provided us with very useful information about the area as we were moving from out of state and was always available when we had questions. Without a doubt would highly recommends Joe and the team and if we ever need another loan will be the first place we go.
