Joe Massey is a very professional and responsive mortgage person. Joe clearly helped me through the mortgage process and his website/videos really add icing to the proverbial cake regarding the entire experience! Joe won't try to "sugar coat" or mislead you. Joe even does a weekly call/check in even if there is nothing to report that week (everything still looking good or waiting on this/that, etc.). Just a great job. Highly recommended.

Like an artist who knows when his/her work is done, Joe Massey equally has mastery over the lending/financing process ensuring that it is done thoroughly (and accurately). Needless to say, but the process of buying/financing a home can be stressful - rest assured Joe is the man to help minimize any stress that may come from this process. After dealing with multiple lenders in the past and then having the pleasure to work with Joe and his team, I can tell you there is a clear difference. They are up front with no surprises two out the whole loan process up through the closing, in fact I was dealing with a different lender when I met him that was having trouble with the loan process, and I called up Joe and his team and they were able to get the loan close in under 9 days that's courting the weekend and 1 holiday. Joe Massey and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with on the recent purchase of our home in Conifer, CO. My wife and I are coming from CA and were not on the ground in CO for the most part so we were intimidated at first. Joe made us feel very comfortable and made the process seamless. Joe Massey and his fabulous assistants came through when our original lender, (an unnamed "mega lender") was not going to meet our closing deadline! Joe personally called me every Tuesday to update us on the progress of our loan., and fill me in on any documents that needed signed. He even came to the closing table, with a nice bag of welcome home goodies!! If you are in the market for a mortgage, give Joe a call, he will give you that home town neighborly customer service the big guys can't give!!

Joe and his team did an amazing job of walking us through a complicated process. He lived up to every word he told us during our initial meeting with him. He called me every Tuesday morning to discuss updates and next steps for the approval process. He and his team are very organized and stay on top of any and all deadlines. I would definitely recommend him, especially for any first time home buyers such as myself.

Joe and his team are fantastic! The communication, attention to detail and follow up are unmatched! Through every step I felt confident that this process was going to go smoothly, and it did. I was the type of borrower who had a lot of questions, and no matter who I talked to, everyone was patient and did not let me get off the phone or walk away without knowing my questions were answered.
