Buying and selling a home is stressful. Dealing with the money side is even more complicated. I've bought and sold several homes the past few years and have dealt with several mortgage companies. The work that Joe and his team did for me was stress relieving, competent, and professional. Joe set a time aside every week to call me and touch base to make sure any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly. During my closing, there wasn't a hitch anywhere. I'm so thankful for Joe and his team. It made home buying easy!!
Joe and his team are great! Always on top of things making sure all paperwork is in order. Progress reports once a week where Joe personally follows up and makes sure where your loan stands. And going to bat for his clients with the sellers. All around great experience with Team Massey!
