Joe Massey and his team were highly recommend by my realtor. I'm happy that I made the choice to use him and his team for my loan. They were all extremely helpful with explication and no feel of being under prepared or under educated in the loan process. They always answered my call or called back immediately. They also helped with so many questions some times multiply asked. I enjoyed working with everyone and really felt confident in the team !!!!!

Joe and his team made the entire process a snap. Everything was explained at every step of the process. It truly could not have been any easier. Closed very quickly. They were recommended to me and I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know that needs a mortgage broker.

Joe and his staff are absolutely great to work with. He takes the time to walk you thru the entire process, explaining all the details completely. He listens to you and tailors the final package according to your needs, not his. Joe's follow up is impeccable, I knew exactly where the process stood and how long it would take and what was going to happen next. Joe Massey and his team at Castle & Cooke Mortgage are by far the best mortgage professionals in the Denver Metro area. This is the 3rd loan we have worked with Joe on, and it keeps getting better. He and his team are always communicative, thorough, and understanding. From the time we went under contract, appraisal, and closing was 27 days. Take in to consideration that average appraisal wait times can be upwards of 3 weeks! We went with Joe and his team in order to purchase our first home. We loved him right away. He's knowledgeable, professional, friendly and trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about him and about his team. Jamie is amazing and so is Nicole. We were pre-approved at a great rate thanks to following Joe's advice, our appraisal was back extremely quick and we were approved to close early within record time. Not a hitch was encountered. We plan to use Joe and Castle Cooke when it comes time to purchase again in the future.

I have worked with Joe for both my purchase and now two years later the refinance of my loan. He is truly the best! He keeps you very well informed of your loan status all throughout the process and my loan was approved both times very quickly.
