Joe made everything so easy! He kept in communication weekly. He answered any question I had at anytime and sometimes even responded on weekends. He is kind, caring, and compassionate. His team at the office are very professional and welcoming. He expected pained everything in easy terms.

We had a very quick close requested by the buyers and our first lender was not able to get the appraisal done in time. Joe stepped in and got the appraisal done the next week, pushed our application through on the same day and had us clear to close 5 days before our closing date. He showed up at the closing as well to make sure everything went smoothly. We could not have pulled this sale off without his help, would highly recommend Joe!!
