â??What we have here is a failure to communicate.â? Poor communication pre & post closing. First, the amount we would need to wire was a mystery right up to closing. Second, no one informed us that we would need to bring the settlement statement from the house we sold to the closing on the house you were partially financing. This caused undue stress & delay in the closing. Third, you failed to inform us that you had sold the loan to Gershmann. We discarded what appeared to be spam solicitations.
