UPDATE: June 2022 As I expected, we worked with Josh and his team once again to purchase our "forever" home. Even though we had an extremely long closing process due to the builder not having everything ready on time, Josh and his team kept pushing and got everything completed. What I loved most about Josh was his attentiveness to my questions through the home buying process. Even with all the questions I would ask, Josh took the time to listen and then explain the answer in detail so I had a full understanding of what my loan would be in different scenarios. Josh even made recommendations that were in-line with my long term goals. Josh is a person who listens well and helps you cross the finish line. 10/10 would work with Josh again.
