Josh is GREAT! He answered all my questions, was very polite and assured me through the entire refinancing process and got us an amazing rate. I could pick up the phone at any point and time, Josh would answer and get me the answers I needed. Josh and his team were superior every step of the way.

I appreciate a professional who diligently ensures timely responses with accurate detail. Not only did Josh handle the mechanics of my refi and with the least cost (significantly!) and the lowest interest rate I could find, but he is also a gentleman. Very professional! Josh was very helpful through the process of getting our loan to buy a home. He always was available to answer any questions I had.
