Josh was great throughout the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions regarding the process. He was always available to answer the phone with any questions. We made an offer within days of COVID19 closing things down so the process was so different & long. Josh kept us in the loop and reassured us that things were on track & good and when things finally moved along we got everything he promised. Very little out of pocket money, a wonderful low interest rate and we were in our new home before the month ended! Payments were lower then we imagined too! Josh and his team are truely ah-mazing! They did a Phenomenal job especially during covid-19... when not if but when a hickup would occur Josh and his team handled it like it was easy! Covid really tried to throw some curves but that did not stop us from buying our dream home! We are happy and very satisfied!!! Thank you Josh
