What an awesome and easy experience my family and I had. First time buyers and everybody on staff so was helping and answered all questions we had during the process. This process was super easy with Josh, Brandon, and Chelsea. From offer to close we were less than 30 days. Their checklist made it super simple to know what we needed to provide and when. Their updates during the process, via email and text kept us in the loop.
Let me start by just saying that Josh and his team, Valerie and Brandon, made this such an easy process. I needed a second VA loan due to a PCS. I had already spoken to a couple potential lenders and was told this can be a difficult process. Josh was able to walk me through it in a few minutes. Their website updates you on all documents needed as you upload them and his team keeps in daily contact with you for assistance. So pleased that I had them with me for such a smooth process.
We had just closed escrow yesterday and we are so ELATED that Josh and his team of loan processors (Matt and Rachelle) made it possible for us to get a loan! It is a miracle!! About two weeks ago, our loan was declined by another lender. Our Real Estate Agent recommended us to call Josh Moody because supposedly he can do miracles on home loans. This is the first time my wife and I bought a house and between Matt, Josh, and Rachelle they have made this process a dream they were always there to answer all my questions always nice and polite I very highly recommend these guys thank yall very much for everything.
This lender is the best in the business. 2nd time buying a home, we switched lenders in the middle of the process and it was the best decision we made. The process was quick and smooth. Also they made everything come together so quickly and were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. If I ever buy another house I will be using then again.
