Josh did an awesome job from the very start. From getting out pre-qualified letter all the way to closing he made it very simple and easy. We will definitely recommend and will look to him for future needs.

I'm self employed with 2 years in business, outside of state, was absolutely sure I will have a very hard time to get mortgage considering several traditional mortgage companies did not wanted to deal with self employed as guidelines are very strict.
