Josh and his team were great to work with even though I was remote (in Texas). Communication was clear and timely, and the process was painless. Almost everything was conducted online making the process quick and efficient. When we moved the close date up a few weeks - Josh and team were able to accommodate without issue. I would be happy to recommend them or if I decided to buy again - I would certainly contact them.

I'm self employed with 2 years in business, outside of state, was absolutely sure I will have a very hard time to get mortgage considering several traditional mortgage companies did not wanted to deal with self employed as guidelines are very strict.
