I worked with Josh Epps at Guaranteed Rate to secure a mortgage for a Myrtle beach Condo. Right from the beginning Josh did an excellent job. I worked with him and his team to secure the initial commitment thru the final closing process. He or one of his team members were always available for questions and to guide me thru the process. This was especially important to me since we closed remotely and everything went exactly as planned.

Joshua and his team were amazing. We were first time home buyers and absolutely terrified on top of being clueless. They started and finished everything for us. We were able to do all of our signing via our cell phones and email. We could not have asked for a better team!
