Josh was very profession and he and his team exceeded our expectations. From the application process,appraisal,underwriting and closing. He was also great at recommending an attorney and insurance company. He did such a good job that I refinanced with him after 8 months because rates came down and I wanted to go from a 30 yr to a 15 year.
