We have worked with Julie twice now. She helped us when we were buying our first home and more recently to take advantage of the opportunity to refinance at a LOW interest rate. She is very responsive when the situation is time sensitive, but is also thorough and organized when it comes down to the details. Julie and her team was very responsive right from the beginning and throughout. Julie helped with quotes on several refi options I considered - basically different combinations of loan duration and cash out amount. It was a very good experience to use the online system to provide documentation as well as fill out and sign forms. Once we locked in and it was time to close Julie negotiated and even lower rate.
