Made an appointment by phone the week before. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. I had taken time off from work. I was eventually helped but very frustrating
No doctor available to give the shot I needed...waited 45min in exam room with the heat cranked way up...waste of time

Worst than I expected. The medical practitioner named Christina who assisted me did not help me at all on my medical issue and even forcing me to go back to Ketchikan to see my own family doctor and seems like she’s in a hurry. She was so aggressive and careless of which she hurt my right ear when she tried to poke her medical instruments while checking my ears. I was so upset.
If I could give negative stars I would! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. And so was the doctor. Never going to come here again.
