Justin was great, but the underwriter was awful !! They asked for EVERYTHING besides my DNA, even items that had absolutely nothing to do with my ability to get a loan. Horrible experience from an underwriting perspective. Justin did a nice job of keeping me calm throughout the entire process. Justin has a bright future, but he should go work for a different company that doesn’t ask for non-essential items from the customer over and over and over again.
