Kristi helped me and my father look for an investment home. She found exactly what we were looking nfor and worked with the sellers to get the best deal for the buyers. She had the seller take care of many things that normally would not be included as part of the sale. She looks out for clients and even after the deal is sealed she ensures we are happy with our purchase.
Mirka is an excellent communicator, despite the fact that most of the time we were not even in the same state! Not only was she very responsive to our questions and requests, but she also was proactive in making suggestions to sell our house more quickly than we thought possible.
