Abby Gupta was our realtor and did an amazing job from knowing the current market to help us set the price, to coordinating showings in a safe and respectful manner, to identifying our buyer and helping us to stay on time and focused through the closing of the sale. Abby is a people person who knows her stuff and can make even the most difficult portions of selling a house much easier. Abby was amazing and we recommend her highly!

Abby was amazing from the beginning. The moment she took our house she got to work right away and within a couple days she already have a food plan in motion. She aggressively worked to get the house listed and sold within a week or two. She was great at communicating, and answering our phone calls and emails. She was very knowledgeable of the market, stages of the sale, and just the whole procedure overall. She superseded our expectations, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Abby was always helpful and responsive. This was especially important to an out-of-state owner in the time of the pandemic. I had fully expected to return to CA several times during the listing period but this was impossible. Abby took care of things for me.
