Abby was a pleasure to work with to sell my condo, particularly during these challenging covid times. She prepared a great webpage on Zillow to showcase my condo and we got a great offer within a month. Abby had some excellent suggestions in negotiating with the buyer. We met Linda through a Zillow listing that we requested to view. Once we met her, we knew we wanted to work with her! She is very knowledgable, has a very fast response time, and really works hard to ensure that you have the best information possible to make your decisions. She is honest and helpful, and we loved working with her! I would highly recommend her!

Abby was so duty conscious, always encouraging us to follow our dreams. Without Abby we would not have gotten our new home. Abby is very professional, and never gives up on her clients. Abby listens very attentively and puts out many suggestions for the client to choose from. Despite the many times we went out house hunting, Abby never gave up on us. She kept supporting us and forwarding as many new homes on the market based on our criteria as she possibly could

Such a skilled realtor. We always thought that all real estate agents were “cut from the same cloth”. Then we met Linda. Her knowledge and expertise really makes a difference. She made sure we got the lowest rates, and made sure we saw many options. We could tell she was working for us, and not part of some “team” of people all making sure they got a “piece of the pie” at our expense. She is professional and can be a shark when she needs. You tint regret hiring her.

I can’t say enough good things about Karla! I asked a question on Zillow and Karla immediately responded. From there she showed us so many properties in so many different areas. We honestly loved every minute of working with Monica. She is cheerful, helpful and always there when we needed her.
