We eat here regularly and I've always had good service and good food, this time the food took forever to come out (other people came in ordered ate payed and left and we still didn't have our food) and my wife's fish was raw on the inside.
Filet was perfect. However, the rest of the meal was very poor. The rolls were so hard and old you couldn't eat them. We ordered a bottle of wine and it didn't arrive until after the salads were half gone.
Took 45 minutes to get our dinner. Food was cold and very poor quality for the price
I had the halibut which was over cooked and dry. Husband had the filet which was okay. I would not go back due to service and ambiance and food being mediocre.
Food is overpriced and never hot. Very slowly service.
Very disapointed with quality of the Rib Eye steaks that were served. Two of us ordered the rib eyes and the steaks were extreamly tough. After first bite thought a little tough for med rare. Continued to eat hoping just first bite was fluke but did not get any better. Finally gave up after eating less than half of the steak. My son had the same results with his steak.
No need to explain the amount of stars should be enough
This used to be a great place to get nice a nice meal. It has gone completely downhill. The food is ridiculous price for very average food. They are skimping on portions of food and the service is absolutely horrid. They have slimmed their menu down to a very small amount of choices which would be fine if the quality of the food went up offering fewer items, but it has gotten worse each time we have gone back in the last 2 years. We had a reservation for a table by the window. When we got there, the two hostesses were leaning against the podium. She told us to follow, and she lead us to a 4 top in the middle. We asked politely if we could sit by a window, to which she said no, They are all reserved. (The entire time we were there, the tables by the windows sat empty) Our server could have cared less. It
