Safe and well taken care of. I love this smaller complex. It's really easy to spot someone who shouldn't be here and have it taken care of quickly. The apartments are beautiful and because this complex was remodeled by some really good architects that I met at the Grand Opening, you will find that the apartments are modern and beautifully designed, including up to date fixtures, lighting and appliances. Customer Service is A+ I have lived at Quincy for over a year, and have been through horrible management until Monica arrived. The previous manager and assistant had no clue what customer service even meant. Monica and her team go the extra mile, even in the face of tremendous unexpected events. I was going to move at the end of my lease but I will be sticking it out another 12 months. I highly recommend this team and I have always adored this building!
Helpful Omar is extremely polite and helpful. Definitely safe apartments to live in. Good communication! Quick to fix an issue

great weekend visit My husband and I stayed at the Guest Suite in the Guthrie this weekend. The queen bed was perfectly comfortable; the bathroom was large and had towels, soap, shampoo and everything we needed. The fan cooled off the room and coordinated with the air conditioner to provide a comfortable suite for each night. There were no rooms adjacent to the guest suite, so there was no worry of having the Television on too loud. Next door was the Sky Lounge which was not in use while we were there. Nice Property, Even Nicer People We toured The Guthrie last Austin visit thinking we were going to move to the city. The property looked very well taken care of. The office staff was incredibly friendly and really helped us understand not just the community, but the entire neighborhood! Unfortunately, the job opportunity we were coming for fell through. If we end up making it to Austin though, we're definitely going to live at The Guthrie.
Staff is top notch I have not leased at Quincy yet, but as soon as I walked in to look at one of their apartments, everyone was super nice to me. I have not had that experience at all since I have been looking for a new place to live in the past few weeks and I thought it needed some recognition.
