The best! I’ve lived here for about 3 years now and no complaints. The ladies in The leasing office are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They are always super helpful and quick to answer any questions that I have. Maintenance works on all requests very quickly. If you’re looking for an apartment, I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Best apartment I’ve ever lived at. The front office and maintenance couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Every issue I’ve had had been taken care of timely. I couldn’t appreciate the staff more.

I love this property!!! They are nice people from the property management on down and the maintenance team will get your issues resolved quickly. The office will work with you on any issues . They have updated apartments and repaved the parking lot installed gates and codes . They protect your mail. You need an access code to get to your mailbox, I like that a lot .

Goes above and beyond I’ve been a happy resident at the Guthrie for less than a month and am already so grateful to be living here! My work orders are fixed THAT day, the leasing office is always more than happy to help with any issues, and the staff truly cares about their residents. The amenities are always up to par and clean for the residents, and the community itself is welcoming and incredibly nice. I already see myself releasing!!

Great Location Quiet Neighborhood The Apartments are located in a great location, conveniently placed, clean and quiet complex, great accommodations. Shasha made my move from out of town superbly easy, she answered any questions I had, and even gave me a list of a few hot spots to try great customer service.
