Safe and well taken care of. I love this smaller complex. It's really easy to spot someone who shouldn't be here and have it taken care of quickly. The apartments are beautiful and because this complex was remodeled by some really good architects that I met at the Grand Opening, you will find that the apartments are modern and beautifully designed, including up to date fixtures, lighting and appliances. Customer Service is A+ I have lived at Quincy for over a year, and have been through horrible management until Monica arrived. The previous manager and assistant had no clue what customer service even meant. Monica and her team go the extra mile, even in the face of tremendous unexpected events. I was going to move at the end of my lease but I will be sticking it out another 12 months. I highly recommend this team and I have always adored this building!

Viva Max Apartments My experience these apartments are very affordable and the leasing office works really well with you and the apartments are nice and homey, the whole moving in process didn’t take long Abigail and Leslie work really hard to make sure each tenant is welcomed. 10 out of 10. Would recommend these apartments.

Great place to live The Guthrie has great amenities and location, love the pool here! The management team is super friendly and always on top of work orders and make you feel valued and appreciated. I really enjoyed my experience living here

great weekend visit My husband and I stayed at the Guest Suite in the Guthrie this weekend. The queen bed was perfectly comfortable; the bathroom was large and had towels, soap, shampoo and everything we needed. The fan cooled off the room and coordinated with the air conditioner to provide a comfortable suite for each night. There were no rooms adjacent to the guest suite, so there was no worry of having the Television on too loud. Next door was the Sky Lounge which was not in use while we were there.
