Magnolia Heights ROCKS!! The staff at MH ROCKS! We are building and have lived here for two years. AJ and his fab team of Kendra, Jarrod, Elena and Brayan work tirelessly to make MH a wonderful, safe, positive and easy place to live. They are timely on any service requests and bend over backwards to help with every request. They always have fun community events in the beautiful club room three or four times a month. We recommend this property to anyone who wants an easy lifestyle and close proximity to bars and restaurants.

Awesome team!! This place is a godsend! Moving here was a great fit for me, the staff here is incredible the best ever. The manager and her staff has made me so comfortable and at home. Love this place! I secured this location for my son while in Law School. I was looking for something safe, clean, quiet and responsive to his needs. Magnolia Heights meets all of these and more! Of course, there are issues, now and again, you can expect these even when owning your own home. I want to acknowledge that he is witness to the staff responding quickly and with follow through. Management is welcoming The ladies in the office are very welcoming and the new maintenance crew are very fast and responsive. It’s a little older community but it feels like home and the new management has done a great job keeping it clean and looking good.
