Nice weekends visiting the daughter My wife and I stayed in the guest apartment when visiting our daughter for her birthday and our anniversary. The apartment is nicely decorated and is very roomy. It felt more like a nice hotel room than an apartment. There was a microwave and keurig coffee maker in the room (there was also coffee provided). Great place to live! This place has everything I need. Everyone that lives here is so nice, I feel I will make so many friends here. My small studio apartment is just what I need and has huge windows that look out over East Austin.

Leasing Agents Fantastic This is my girlfriend and I's first time living together, and we are working on a big move across the country to Austin. The apartment hunt is never the most fun process, but the Whitley agents (in particular Caroline and Holly) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to moving in soon!
3 years + at the Guthrie The Guthrie is rated Excellent because the staff is excellent. The are always very responsive to my requests. If there is a repair needed, a light bulb changed or personal help required I rarely wait more than a hour and problem is solved.
