Great place! I’ve been living here for about 10 months and just renewed my lease for another 15! This place is amazing, a newer building, such nice management team, quick maintenance staff (everything requested gets fixed within 24 hours), great amenities, the list goes on! I never hear anything from my neighbors and most of the residents are very respectful. Love this place and can’t wait to stay for a while!!
Best Spot on the East side E 6th is all about location location location. With gorgeous amenities and plenty of spots within a short walk entertaining for yourself or entertaining Friends or family isn’t a problem. Also the office staff is always willing to help solve anything!

The area is crime free and there is close proximity to golf and lake activities. We are conveniently located to DFW Airport and the Dallas and Fort Worth cities, but in a country setting away from the hustle and bustle of urban living.
