Excellent place to live. The apartments are great! But the best part is the staff. Tiffeney and Caroline are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Jose provides top notch maintenance that is efficient and speedy. The park across the street is great for dog walking. I would recommend the Gentry on M Streets to everyone!

Verified Renter Overall has been a good place to live. Nice amenities, resident lobby, pool, gym. Security and access points should be a focus. There's comparable rental properties around downtown that are ironclad in terms of who can get in compared to The Davis. I would probably recommend Davis to a friend.
