Verified Renter Since Greystar management has taken over Im really happy with the improvements that have been made. The renovations to the pool area are nice & welcoming. We enjoy taking walks around the community being that it is well kept & spacious. Only downside is dog poop in many areas. A lot of pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. Parking after 7pm is extremely hard to find. Overall, we love living here. We always get complimented on the interior of our apartment. The community activities are awesome! My kids ... read more

Highly Recommend- Awesome Management I would highly recommend Dorado Ranch to anyone needing a new home. The manager Misty and her assistant Danny are fabulous! Misty made me feel very welcomed and at home from the first contact made. They have always taken care of any of my needs in a professional and timely manner. Brad the maintenance man is on top of any maintenance issues that have came up. Verified Renter Jefferson Heights has exceeded my expectations so far. With an amazing view of downtown Houston skyline and reasonable rent costs along with move-in perks, it was the clear winner in my new apartment hunt. Their clubhouse amenities such as free coffee (fantastic coffee machine), I cant imagine living anywhere else.
Excellent Service Danny was extremely helpful and we were able to move in the same day we looked at the unit! It’s such a wonderful apartment complex!

Great management team Caroline really goes above and beyond. The other day she actually helped me carry a piece of furniture! She is always helpful and responds in a timely manner. Makes it really seamless and comfortable to live here. The area is safe, lots of activity at Glencoe, close to lower Greenville.
