Verified Renter Jefferson Heights has the best view of downtown and the pool is also beautiful! Not only that, but the Apartment Life team that hosts all the events is AMAZING! They make this community truly feel like a family! I also love our large sinks, beautiful counter tops, and beautiful showers. Jefferson Heights is also located within walking distance to so many places: Buffalo Bayou, countless restaurants and bars. There are also a few grocery stores pretty close by. I love living at Jefferson Heights.

A Wonderful Place I have been here 1 week and the staff has been so accommodating. I am handicapped and i will say that these apartments are very accessible. The sidewalls are also accessible. I did find that the lip of the doorway did not allow my wheelchair to go up over so i just bought a rubber ramp. With issues, like my new dryer needing more power, maintenance is right on top of things. Bright, the maintenance man came and fixed everything for me with a smile.
