Great New Ownership! New owners have made huge improvements and are providing excellent service to the occupants. Great location for students. Safe, clean and pretty. Close to everything. Best kept secret in the neighborhood. I love this place!

Verified Renter When my husband and I first moved in we couldnt believe that we couldnt even hear neighbors from upstairs or the construction work thats still being done this community is not yet finished but it amazes me of how quiet and so comforting it is. I know right away when we saw this in a residential area this was the place. The staff were so welcoming all the time when I came in or even my husband they made sure we were taken care of 100%. Verified Renter Since Greystar management has taken over Im really happy with the improvements that have been made. The renovations to the pool area are nice & welcoming. We enjoy taking walks around the community being that it is well kept & spacious. Only downside is dog poop in many areas. A lot of pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. Parking after 7pm is extremely hard to find. Overall, we love living here. We always get complimented on the interior of our apartment. The community activities are awesome! My kids ... read more

Highly Recommend- Awesome Management I would highly recommend Dorado Ranch to anyone needing a new home. The manager Misty and her assistant Danny are fabulous! Misty made me feel very welcomed and at home from the first contact made. They have always taken care of any of my needs in a professional and timely manner. Brad the maintenance man is on top of any maintenance issues that have came up. I am having to move out of state for personal reasons but if I ever come back to Odessa I will definitely coming back to Dorado Ran... read more
