Great Place Just moved in on Dec 4th. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Brian. Made it very easy to get everything in order to move in. The apartments are very nice and have great floor plans. The neighborhood is awesome. Just minutes from downtown and can walk to the the source! I highly recommend Edison if you are looking to live in the RiNo neighborhood.

Great Location! I moved to Denver in July, and was lucky enough to find The Edison via Apartments.com. I signed my lease sight-unseen, and am so happy with this complex! The apartment is the perfect size for me, and I love the location. I love the amenities (the package concierge makes my life so much easier), and the staff are all amazing!

Indisputably the best apartment complex in RiNo The Edison is hands down the best apartment in which I've ever lived. I've lived here since the summer of 2018, having moved in as they were wrapping up construction. Unlike some complexes, where it's evident they cut corners to save a buck (thin walls & floors so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, sub-par appliances, etc.), everything about the Edison was done well. Lucky to live here! We've been living here for a month and have been loving it! Jenna was wonderful to work with during our move and made the transition so easy! We love our apartment and the details and ammenties of the building. The location is great - tons of awesome food and places to explore. We're so happy to be living at Edison!

Love the area I moved into the Edison apartments a few months ago and love the location. It's great walking distance to so many breweries and shops. I also love our city view from the patio and the ability to see the mountains in the common areas. Most of the staff does a great job of helping if we have any issues. The weight room is lacking in a lot of equipment, but it is nice to have the option. The stocked coffee is always nice as well. Windridge Is Awesome I have lived here for 3 months. I love it. The office staff made sure my move went smooth and were very helpful and answered all my questions. They made me feel like they cared about making my apartment feel like my home.

LOOOOVE THE STAFF I love living here. My apartment is so big for the price of rent. Anytime I need anything the staff makes sure I am a satisfied customer. They are very helpful. My neighbors are super nice to. I really love that I can walk to work. I would HIIIGGHHLY recommend living here if you are looking for something affordable.

Great Location These apartments are in a great location in the medical center. Managers are very helpful and nice, always in a good mood and willing to listen. I will be staying here as long as I can.
