Nice apartments I just signed my renewal and am very happy here. I read reviews before getting my apartment but decided to go see for myself. I've been very happy with my decision and am sorry for those that don't feel same. I especially love the new maintenance team. They're always very nice and take care of my needs. Staff is amazing and well educated. I love Bella she is great with the residents. Thank you for everything .
Review I have enjoyed living at this complex for the past 10 years. Mainly because the property is kept clean. I feel safe and the location has easy access to Hwy 290, Hwy 183 and I-35. The manager is very friendly and Liz the assistant manager is very nice, concerned and very professional. She schedules my repair issues asap. The maintenance guys, with accuracy, make repairs and clean the area after the job is completed. The fun part of living here is that they celebrate main holidays, with some kind of activity. Management Management changes constantly. I have lived here for one year and seen 2 managers and 3 assistant managers come and go. Complaints are not handled properly. Noise is a HUGE issue. I like the apartment but the appliances (for me it has been AC heater and dryer) have issues which can only be handled by a "technician" not on staff maintenance. Friendly neighbors and good community events. If management were to change (again) and get a more solid, skilled team together I would recommend this apartment. But as of today... read more
Awesome Place!!! Very Happy. Sooooo I don't know why there is a bad review on here for Cameron Creek? Because this has been the best apartments EVER!! I have been here for 3 years now and yes when the new management company took over it was a little "rocky" for the first few weeks. But since then its been pretty good!! The office ladies are always nice to me when I come in to pay my rent, and the few maintenance issues I had was fixed quickly. Quiet Neighborhood I have lived here for about a year now, and its been pretty peaceful. Other than a couple of maintenance request, I haven't had any issues. My apartment is very nice, annnnnd my neighbors are wonderful people.
Pretty good place. My family and I have lived here for a few months now and its been great. Nice clean community with a great dog park for our family Lab. No complaints so far. Maintenance is always friendly and so is the office. Our neighbors are friendly too.
